Embedded O&M team member supporting program governance, controls, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery, and outcomes.
Program delivery and controls
- Support timely initiation and delivery of O&M programs of projects.
- Apply program governance frameworks and project management procedures.
- Define and maintain project plans, baselines, and KPIs with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Program Schedule.
- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, and delivery strategy alignment.
- Monitor cost control, forecasting, and cash flow.
Stakeholders, risk, and commercial oversight
- Coordinate stakeholders and support executive briefings and steering committee updates.
- Manage technical, operational, commercial, and organizational interfaces; escalate conflicts and constraints.
- Represent the company in negotiations, workshops, and meetings.
- Maintain program risk plans, coordinate change control, and track decisions, assumptions, and approvals.
- Support procurement and packaging strategies; oversee contractor and consultant performance.
- Coordinate claims, variations, and entitlements with commercial teams and align technical delivery with contractual compliance.
Delivery assurance and handover
- Monitor program delivery against safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
- Coordinate commissioning readiness, handover, and close-out, including documentation, training, and acceptance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Instrument & Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of progressive program and project management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience managing multi-project programs with significant budgets, multiple stakeholders, and technical complexity.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification is strongly desirable.
