Project and role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the mobility team through planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover, as assigned.
• Coordinate consultants and specialist advisors; follow up on information requests, submissions, and actions.
• Coordinate design reviews, consolidate comments, track resolutions, and review submissions for completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain action, risk, and issue registers; support assessment and resolution of design risks, technical issues, programme constraints, and interfaces.
• Track consultant deliverables, approvals, and milestones against scope and programme; prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support stakeholder engagement and apply project quality, document control, and technical governance procedures.
• Promote the company’s Environmental, Safety and Health culture and Zero Incidents mindset.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related discipline is required.
• A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Requires 7+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, or civil infrastructure engineering, consultancy, or project delivery.
• Requires 3+ years of design coordination, project engineering, or consultant-facing experience on major infrastructure projects.

Knowledge and skills

• Working knowledge of one or more of road/highway design, traffic engineering and impact studies, public transport planning and operations, pedestrian and crowd movement, parking, or mobility systems and technologies.
• Understanding of design development, design review, and comment resolution; strong organization and management of multiple deliverables, registers, and deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken English, including report writing and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Aconex, Primavera P6, or CAD/BIM viewers is an advantage; exposure to VISSIM, VISUM, or LEGION is an advantage.
