Project Engineer role based in Dubai, coordinating MEP, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and landscaping project execution.

Project and site coordination
- Coordinate and supervise MEP, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and landscaping works.
- Manage daily site activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate MEP and pool works with civil, hardscape, irrigation, and landscape works.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality.
Delivery, approvals, and reporting
- Coordinate material approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
- Monitor subcontractor work and support timely completion.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections and approvals.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and ensure compliance with HSE and company requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in MEP, swimming pools, landscaping, water features, or related projects.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, pool systems, irrigation, landscape works, pool equipment, pumping, filtration, circulation, and water treatment.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience in site execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Good project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge, a UAE driving license, and experience with a UAE landscaping or swimming pool company are preferred.
