Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise MEP, pool, water feature, irrigation, and landscaping works; manage daily site activities and coordinate project stakeholders.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules; review drawings, BOQs, submittals, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pool, irrigation, landscape, civil, hardscape, and external works.
- Monitor progress, resources, productivity, subcontractors, and quality; conduct site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues.
- Coordinate approvals, inspections, testing, pressure testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover with consultants and authorities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in MEP, swimming pool, landscaping, water feature, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and pool systems, hydraulics, irrigation, landscape execution, pool equipment, pumping, filtration, circulation, dosing, and water treatment.
- Ability to interpret MEP and shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents; experience coordinating relevant disciplines and with site execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong project coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge, a UAE driving license, and experience with a UAE landscaping or swimming pool company are preferred.
