Like Bricks is a growing network of children's entertainment centers across the UAE.
We operate family entertainment venues in leading shopping malls and continue expanding through new openings and development of existing locations.
This role requires regular travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Fit-Out, construction, renovation, maintenance, and development projects across existing and new locations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with malls, landlords, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and site progress.
- Ensure timely receipt of permits, approvals, drawings, and NOCs.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise project execution.
- Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in Fit-Out projects, retail projects, store openings, entertainment venues, or mall-related projects.
- Strong experience working with contractors and construction projects.
- Experience working with malls is highly preferred.
- Good command of English.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Own car is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
