Administrator – Children’s Play Area

Fixed Salary: 3500 AED

Job Description:
Like Bricks is a network of modern children’s play areas located in major shopping malls across Dubai. We create a safe, friendly and engaging environment for kids, while ensuring comfort and high-quality service for parents. Due to team expansion, we are looking for a responsible and welcoming Administrator to represent our brand and maintain excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, assisting parents, and managing check-ins.
• Selling tickets, memberships and additional services.
• Handling cash, POS transactions and basic reporting.
• Monitoring the play area to ensure safety, cleanliness and comfort.
• Communicating with parents and resolving questions or issues.
• Maintaining cleanliness and following company standards.
• Coordinating staff on shift when needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or administrator.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Confident, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant appearance and a friendly, warm smile.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with children and parents in a polite and professional manner.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (mall schedule).
