Job Overview

Project Planning and Execution

• Study project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work.
• Plan daily and weekly site activities according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate civil, carpentry, furniture, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, and other interior works.
• Monitor progress against planned timelines and take corrective action on delays.

Site Supervision

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, carpenters, technicians, and workers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, finishing, installation quality, housekeeping, and incomplete work.

Drawing and Technical Coordination

• Read AutoCAD, shop, furniture, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and site teams.
• Clarify technical issues and drawing discrepancies before execution.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings are available for project work.

Materials and Resources

• Coordinate with purchase and stores for timely material availability.
• Monitor material consumption and prevent unnecessary wastage.
• Check materials received at site against approved specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and other execution resources.

Quality and Client Coordination

• Conduct quality checks and coordinate inspections and approvals.
• Prepare and follow snag and rectification lists.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on approvals, measurements, and site instructions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is ₹26,000 to ₹38,000 per month.
