Role Purpose
To lead technical coordination on assigned Innovo
Infrastructure projects
, mentoring junior project engineers and ensuring engineering deliverables meet specification and programme requirements
Key Accountabilities
- **Technical Leadership**
- + Review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for assigned project scope.
- + Coordinate with the BIM team and site teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- **Mentoring**
- + Mentor Project Engineers on technical coordination and documentation.
- + Review technical submittals and RFI responses prepared by junior engineers.
- **Programme & Progress Support**
- + Monitor engineering deliverable progress against the project programme and flag slippage.
- + Coordinate with the Planning team to align technical submission schedules with construction sequencing.
- **Quality & Compliance Coordination**
- + Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure engineering deliverables meet specification and ITP requirements.
- + Support close-out of technical non-conformances arising from design or coordination issues.
- **Cost & Material Input**
- + Provide technical input to the QS team for variation and claim substantiation.
- + Review material take-offs and specifications to support procurement and budgeting.
- **Innovation & Value Creation**
- + Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
- + Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- **Minimum 5 years of infrastructure project engineering experience**
