Supports the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects by coordinating technical activities and ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Acts as a link between site teams, contractors, and management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects; review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor progress and report on timelines, costs, and quality; ensure work meets design, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submittals; conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Support procurement of materials and equipment; maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist the Project Manager with risk assessment and problem-solving.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in project engineering or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and project documentation; familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Reporting and documentation.
Working conditions
- Flexible hours based on project needs.
Workplace
- Office- and site-based work; may require travel to project locations.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
