Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, and UAE building regulations.
- Proven experience managing and supervising site construction activities.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and quality control.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,200 to AED 13,000 per month.
- Salary is described as based on experience and qualifications.
