FAST BUILDING CONTRACTING CO. L.L.C. is hiring a Construction Manager (Civil) for building construction in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of construction-industry experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
- Proven experience managing high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes and authority requirements.
- Excellent leadership, project-management and problem-solving skills; strong planning, budgeting, cost-control and resource-management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, site engineers and construction teams; excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities from execution through project completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Lead and supervise project engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor schedules, progress, manpower, materials and equipment; coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and QA/QC requirements; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000–17,000 per month; the posting says salary is based on experience and qualifications.
