- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of interior fit-out and joinery projects from initiation to handover.
- Manage project schedules, resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, procurement, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports, site updates, and management reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for project execution.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and support commercial teams in controlling project expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Support the preparation of variation orders, technical submissions, and project documentation.
