Overview
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and material usage to achieve project targets.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization at site.
- Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress, manpower, and site challenges.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company and UAE HSE regulations.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required.
- Ensure snagging, rectification, and project handover activities are completed efficiently.
