Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities and monitor progress against timelines.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, project plans, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor construction work against approved designs and specifications.
• Assist with scheduling, resource planning, cost monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Identify technical issues, assess risks, and coordinate solutions.
• Support quality inspections and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Maintain project records, site reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant civil engineering, project engineering, construction, or infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, or relevant engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, construction safety, and project documentation requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant UAE engineering registration or professional credentials are an advantage where required.
