Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and support business process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels, order processing, and supply chain performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Assist with procurement coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate operational records and supply chain documentation.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in operations, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
