Facilities Manager role based in Dubai, UAE.

Administrative duties may be handled remotely, with on-site coordination as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance schedules, service requests, building systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers and monitor their delivery and performance.
- Support health, safety, security, and facilities compliance.
- Manage facilities budgets, procurement requests, and operational expenses.
- Maintain records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Resolve maintenance issues and recommend workplace-efficiency, resource-use, and cost-control improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of facilities management, property operations, or maintenance coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance, vendor management, and facilities procedures.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to coordinate multiple operational priorities.
- Facilities systems, budgeting, maintenance reporting, and workplace health and safety knowledge are advantageous or preferred.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma is advantageous.
