A workplace design-and-build business is seeking a Civil Engineer / Construction Manager to support its project delivery team in Dubai.
The role supports commercial interior fit-out projects and offers development and training across broader construction management responsibilities.
Salary
- Salary is 15,000–20,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial interior fit-out projects from site mobilisation through handover and coordinate daily construction and site activities.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams; review drawings, technical documents, and project information.
- Manage document control and project records; coordinate permits and authority approvals.
- Monitor programme, quality, and progress on site; work with design, project management, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Valid SOE registration/card at Construction Manager level is required.
- UAE construction, interiors, or fit-out experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction and site processes, strong coordination and organisational skills, and interest in developing in Construction Management.
