Role overview

Budget and package

• Advertised budget is AED 20,000 to AED 30,000 per month.

Project design and delivery

• Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Create and refine design concepts, mood boards, and space plans aligned with client objectives.
• Develop BIM models, 3D models, construction drawings, and documentation across project phases.
• Deliver concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and construction documents.
• Research and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures within design and budget constraints.
• Maintain design quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations and codes.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Coordination, clients, and BIM

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and sub-consultants, resolving design-related issues.
• Engage clients to understand their needs, present proposals, and support them through the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with local authorities and attend required technical meetings.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Support the BIM digital roadmap and develop BIM documentation, workflow standards, and automation routines.
• Travel to sites for physical inspections and site surveys.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools, such as 3DS Max, V-Ray, D5, or Corona.
• Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
• Strong planning, organization, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Expected to demonstrate creativity, design thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
