Robou Alyasmine Agricultural Company (RAAC) is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale civil and landscape projects in Saudi Arabia.
Minimum experience: 20+ years of proven experience in mega-scale civil and landscape projects.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic project leadership and large-scale site delivery.
- Proven ability to lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong contractor management, stakeholder coordination and client representation skills.
- Experience overseeing project programmes, budgets, resources and contractual risks.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and successful project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC major-project experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and reporting skills.
Work Location
- Work location: Riyadh, six days a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale civil and landscape projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide strategic project leadership and manage large-scale site delivery.
- Lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage contractors, coordinate stakeholders and represent the client.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources and contractual risks.
- Ensure safety, quality and successful project handover.
