Robou Alyasmine Agricultural Company (RAAC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager.
The role leads commercial management and contract administration for civil and landscape construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Work location is Riyadh, 6 days a week.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 20+ years of comprehensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction subcontract administration.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, cash-flow forecasting, and executive financial reporting.
- Proven experience preparing and negotiating variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Experience managing interim payment applications, payment certification, and commercial reconciliation.
- Strong capability in procurement commercial reviews, subcontractor administration, and contractual risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in major civil, infrastructure, or landscape projects.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- MRICS or a comparable professional qualification advantageous.
Work Location
- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- 6 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management and contract administration for civil and landscape construction projects.
- Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Manage interim payment applications, payment certification, and commercial reconciliation.
- Conduct procurement commercial reviews and subcontractor administration.
- Manage contractual risk and oversee budgeting, cost control, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Produce executive financial reporting.
