Robou Alyasmine Agricultural Company (RAAC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to support quantity surveying, commercial operations, and contract administration for its construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, quantity surveying, and contract support.
- Proficiency in quantity measurement, take-offs, and valuation of completed works.
- Experience preparing progress payment applications and supporting documentation.
- Ability to prepare variation assessments, rate build-ups, and commercial registers.
- Experience in billing reconciliation, subcontractor payment assessments, and cost auditing.
- Strong Excel skills and accurate, organized commercial recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or recognized diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in civil, landscape, irrigation, or infrastructure works.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred.
- Strong numerical, communication, and document-management skills.
Work Location
- Work location: Riyadh, 6 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Support quantity surveying, commercial operations, and contract administration for construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Perform quantity measurement, take-offs, and valuation of completed works.
- Prepare progress payment applications and supporting documentation.
- Prepare variation assessments, rate build-ups, and commercial registers.
- Carry out billing reconciliation, subcontractor payment assessments, and cost auditing.
- Maintain accurate, organized commercial records using strong Excel skills.
