Role overview

Project delivery and operations

• Direct all phases of residential developments, integrating vertical logistics, high-rise structures, unit layouts, facade packages, and vertical transportation and MEP networks.
• Establish project governance and drive HSE, QA/QC, milestone schedules, and sustainable residential building frameworks.

Commercial and stakeholder leadership

• Hold project P&L accountability, directing financial planning, budgets, value engineering, cash flow, variations, and final accounts.
• Oversee FIDIC and local GCC contracts, commercial interests, dispute avoidance, and claims management.
• Lead relationships with developers, executive management, investors, steering committees, municipalities, and utility providers.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, contractors, client representatives, and international design consultants; promote safety and mitigate project risks.

Experience and technical requirements

• Requires 18+ years of progressive major building construction experience and senior leadership of mid- to high-rise residential towers in the UAE or GCC.
• Requires experience managing developments valued at AED 600 million or more and completing at least one tower lifecycle through authority handover and client takeover.
• Requires in-depth knowledge of deep foundations, high-rise concrete or steel structures, facade design, residential MEP and vertical transportation, and high-spec fit-outs.

Education and accreditation

• Requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Chartered status or professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

• Source salary states AED 600 per month.
