Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate project scope from design through to delivery and handover across multiple project phases
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with key milestones across design, procurement, installation, and testing & commissioning activities
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track performance and ensure adherence to project deliverables and timelines
- Lead interface management with project partners, including civil works contractors and rolling stock suppliers
- Manage client communication related to contractual matters and overall project alignment
- Collaborate with cost control teams to support quarterly and annual budget updates
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and interface challenges within the overall program framework
- Participate in and represent the project team in regular client meetings and steering committee reviews
