Project Director – AI Advisory Division (Dubai)
We are launching a new AI Advisory business and are looking for a hands-on execution leader to build and lead it from the ground up.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
This role is for someone who wants ownership, not support — someone who is ready to build, sell, and deliver, not just advise.
What You Will Do
- Build a new AI Advisory business from zero
- Identify, pursue, and close client opportunities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Lead client discussions and secure engagements
- Deliver advisory work focused on real business outcomes
- Translate AI into practical, high-impact use cases
- Help shape services, delivery model, and team structure
What This Role Requires
- Full ownership of revenue and delivery
- Ability to operate without existing structure
- Hands-on involvement in both sales and execution
- Comfort working under pressure and ambiguity
- Strong execution mindset and accountability
Who We Are Looking For
- 6 - 10 years experience in consulting, advisory, or business development
- Strong client-facing and commercial experience
- Proven involvement in revenue generation or deal support
- Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions
- Understanding of AI applications in business (non-technical is acceptable)
- Someone ready to step up into full ownership and leadership
