Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, overseeing utility interfaces, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and early contractor involvement interfaces.
• Manage consulting deliverables, quantity surveyors, contracts, progress claims, certificates, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Manage contractors and vendors, including performance, compliance, logistics, deliveries, and procurement.
• Promote safety, security, and environmental responsibility and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate site development, design and engineering, construction, procurement, and critical operations teams.

Job requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years in senior management or project management, including substantial experience with complex technical construction projects.
• Data center industry experience is preferred; general contractor project management experience is also considered, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $500 million or more.
• Large-scale mechanical, electrical, or civil consultancy experience and complex infrastructure experience are encouraged.
• Experience in CSA and/or MEP construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6; executive presentation experience is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Schedule

• Five-day work week, Monday to Friday, during regular working hours.
