Role Overview

Engagement Details

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Thummamah Road, 13316.
• Employment Type: Full-Time Contract.
• Initial Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hypercare: Approximately 20% service management support for 6 months after delivery.
• Work Arrangement: On-site in Riyadh.
• Working Hours: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the 13-week implementation program.
• Establish and manage the critical path, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedule.
• Drive UAT, production releases and go-live activities.
• Manage a blended team of approximately 10-12 specialists across data engineering, BI, QA, UX and CRM.
• Coordinate closely with client stakeholders, including senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Run steering committees and weekly project governance meetings.
• Prepare weekly project-board updates and earned-value (EVA) reporting.
• Produce fortnightly executive status reports.
• Manage deliverable acceptance, scope, risks, issues and change control.
• Ensure effective coordination between on-site and remote teams.
• Manage post-go-live hypercare and transition into approximately 20% service management support.
• Ensure delivery complies with applicable Saudi regulatory and data requirements.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, CRM or digital transformation programs.
• Experience delivering programs for banks, insurance companies or other regulated financial institutions.
• Experience with at least one large-scale Customer 360, CRM or BI implementation.
• Strong experience managing fixed-scope, milestone-driven delivery programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with formal project governance, reporting and change management.
• Experience working in regulated environments.

Saudi / Regulatory Experience

• Knowledge or practical experience with SAMA cybersecurity framework.
• Knowledge or practical experience with Insurance Authority requirements.
• Knowledge or practical experience with Saudi PDPL.
• Knowledge or practical experience with KSA data residency requirements.
• Knowledge or practical experience with Saudi financial/insurance environments.
• Previous vendor-side delivery experience with Saudi financial institutions is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Candidate Eligibility

• Candidates may be of any nationality, provided they are legally able to work in Saudi Arabia and can be physically available in Riyadh for the required on-site engagement.
• Candidates must be available to work on-site in Riyadh for the 13-week full-time delivery period.

Pay

• Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month.
