About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity and accountability.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes.

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of project governance, status reporting, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Currently working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and available for an onsite assignment.
• Available to join immediately or within one month.

Good-to-Have

• Previous experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in IT consulting, technology services, or client-facing delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting account growth and expanding client engagements.
• Understanding of CSAT, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
