About the role

Project delivery responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure; define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, onsite and offshore coordination, and regular status meetings and reporting.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments; maintain governance, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and delays; manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources, support productivity and accountability, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency, support client satisfaction, and identify additional scope and account-growth opportunities.

Required experience and skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar; the posting states 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, scope, timeline, budget, resource, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities; leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of project governance, status reporting, and escalation management; experience coordinating onsite and offshore teams.
• Able to deliver on time while maintaining quality standards; currently working in Saudi Arabia and available for onsite assignment.
• Available to join immediately or within one month.

Good-to-have qualifications

• Saudi Arabia or wider Middle East project delivery experience is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is good to have.
• IT consulting, technology services, or client-facing delivery experience is good to have.
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology knowledge and experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps are good to have.
• Account growth, new business opportunities, client engagement expansion, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement experience are good to have.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is good to have.
