Tier 1 real estate developer in Abu Dhabi
, we are seeking a highly experienced
Project Director – Infrastructure & Utilities
to lead the delivery of large-scale, master-planned developments.
Reporting to the
Executive Director – Project Delivery
, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and delivering some of the region’s most high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
- full lifecycle delivery
- of large-scale infrastructure and utilities programmes, from planning and design through to construction, handover, and close-out
- Oversee major infrastructure packages
- Drive delivery of infrastructure for
- master-planned communities
- , ensuring seamless integration with vertical development
- Manage
- consultants, contractors, and senior project managers
- across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with
- programme, cost, quality, and risk objectives
- Lead engagement with
- Abu Dhabi authorities, government entities, and utility providers
- to secure approvals and maintain programme milestones
- Navigate complex
- local regulatory processes and stakeholder environments
- Establish strong governance and reporting frameworks for executive-level stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a
- Project Director or senior leadership role
- delivering
- large-scale infrastructure programmes
- Extensive experience supporting
- master-planned developments / mega communities
- Strong technical background in, Roads and Highways, Utilities and service infrastructure, Water, drainage, and pumping systems
- Deep understanding of
- Abu Dhabi authority approvals, utility coordination, and stakeholder management (essential)
- **Abu Dhabi Experience is mandatory**
- Demonstrated ability to manage
- complex, high-value programmes with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on the
- developer side or with leading regional developers preferred
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to
- influence and drive performance across multidisciplinary teams
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**
