Job Summary
We're on the lookout for an ambitious, high-energy, graduate to join our team as a Fintech Graduate.
This unique opportunity will see you working across business development, operations, and product development and making a real impact across the company.
What you'll do
- Support CFTE’s business development initiatives across identifying new opportunities, reaching out to prospects, creating project proposals and closing deals
- Managing relationships with clients, attending meetings and supporting client communications
- Assisting with CFTE’s operations maintaining existing processes, analysing areas for improvement and implementing new workflows
- Researching and implementing new tools and methodologies
- Working end to end to design, develop and launch new product offerings
- Supporting the delivery of CFTE’s programmes
- What you’ll bring

- The ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and learn quickly
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, attitude with the hunger to grow
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments, startups, banking, management consulting, or venture capital

- Strong competencies using digital skills
