About ARK47 Studio
ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app that builds business systems from plain-language descriptions, including HR, booking, e-commerce, and sales-board systems.
The product plans with business owners before creating screens, data, and access permissions; the Riyadh team serves businesses in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
What you will do
- Track release tasks across development, design, and testing, and keep the plan up to date.
- Run weekly progress meetings, record decisions, and follow up on actions.
- Flag risks and delays early and agree revised dates with the people involved.
- Keep the task board and project documents organized and current.
- Report weekly on progress, risks, and dates.
What we need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- At least 2 years coordinating software or digital projects.
- Experience with a task-tracking tool, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Spoken and written Arabic and English.
Pay and terms
- Monthly salary of SAR 8,000–11,000, including basic salary and allowances, depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site work at the Riyadh office; workdays, hours, and annual leave follow Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
Selection process
- Selection includes a 30-minute video call, a release-planning exercise for shortlisted candidates, and a final interview in Riyadh.
