About ARK47 Studio
ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app that builds business systems from plain-language descriptions, including HR, booking, online store, and sales-board systems.
The Riyadh team serves businesses in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
What you will do
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and keep applicants informed for open roles.
- Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding under Saudi Labour Law.
- Maintain employee files, GOSI registrations, and Qiwa and Mudad records.
- Help managers write accurate job ads that comply with job-board rules.
- Report monthly on hiring and HR records.
What we need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- At least 2 years of HR or recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad.
- Spoken and written Arabic and English.
Pay and terms
- Total monthly salary is SAR 9,000–13,000, including basic salary and allowances, depending on experience.
- Full-time employment.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
Workplace
- On-site at the employer’s Riyadh office.
Selection process
- The process includes a 30-minute video call, a 30-minute screening exercise for shortlisted candidates, and a final interview in Riyadh.
