What you'll do

  • Write and issue RFPs to consultants (interior designers, architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and more), source competitive quotes, and compare them side by side to support award decisions
  • Support contract negotiations and prepare consultant contract documentation
  • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings well enough to support quote evaluation and day-to-day coordination
  • Build and maintain project schedules, flag risks, and keep permit and tender drawings on track
  • Run weekly progress meetings, participate in client meetings, and manage follow-ups
  • Enter consultant commitments into Procore and reconcile invoices against them
  • What we're looking for
  • A diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, project management, or a related construction field
  • 1–2 years of relevant office experience
  • Someone organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple consultants and deadlines
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and clear communication
  • Comfort with (or willingness to learn) Procore and AI tools

  • You'll work closely with a hands-on Design Manager who'll get you up to speed, alongside a close-knit team across interior design, architecture, engineering, and construction. Once trained, you'll have real ownership over your projects.
