Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and reporting updates.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain project records.
- Monitor deadlines and help resolve project-related issues.
- Support project managers in delivering successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or management is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- English communication skills required.
