Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator - Joinery, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Project Coordinator will oversee daily operations and collaboration across design, production, and implementation teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
include coordinating project schedules, managing client communications, tracking progress, ensuring adherence to budgets, and resolving project-related challenges.
The role also involves assisting in quality control and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and management skills, including schedule planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in quality control practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques is highly desirable
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, or a relevant field
- Previous experience in a joinery, construction, or interior design setting is preferred
