Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, communications, and schedules across all project phases
- Track progress of design, procurement, and construction deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding actions
- Support the Project Manager with preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
- Act as a key liaison between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor submittals, approvals, RFIs, and tender processes, maintaining accurate logs and timelines
- Assist with project inspections, snagging, handover documentation, and close-out activities
- Follow up on defects liability period (DLP) issues, ensuring timely rectification and closure with contractors and FM teams
- Ensure all project documentation complies with internal standards and authority requirements throughout the project lifecycle
About the Role
We are seeking a
Project Coordinator
who will support the Project Manager in delivering real estate development projects across all phases, from design through to handover and close-out.
The role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
