Job Description

• We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of various projects by facilitating seamless communication, managing resources efficiently, and supporting project teams to achieve their goals.
• As a UAE National, you'll bring valuable local insights and cultural understanding to our collaborative work environment.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking project activities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics to management with transparency and accuracy
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing detailed agendas and minutes for all participants
• Manage project resources, including budget tracking, allocation, and cost monitoring
• Identify potential risks early and collaborate with team members to develop effective mitigation strategies
• Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines using appropriate project management software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Assist in onboarding and coordinating new team members as projects expand and evolve
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience when adapting to changing project requirements and priorities

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Experience working effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with budget tracking and resource allocation
• Background working in diverse, international team settings
• Project Management certification or relevant professional credentials
