Project Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate with the management team in daily projects tasks.
• Assist in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage and control all project-related communications to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow across stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
• Implement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
• Develop reports and dashboard, coordinate with project control for financial reporting, develop minutes of meetings.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that expectations are managed and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, and supplier requirements.
• Participate in project coordination between disciplines, shares project updates, organize team meetings, put together documents from various departments.
• Assist in procurement by creating RFQ, making tender analysis, and coordinate with procurement department from tender to award, coordinate with subcontractor on behalf of APM,
• Develop schedule update.
• Write draft letters for PM review, attend meetings with PM and clients.
• Support PM in writing claims.
• Develop establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required and under the direction of the APM and PM.
• Support proposal effort, coordinate with all discipline to develop technical proposals and level of effort under the supervision and direction of APM and PM.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• 1 to 5 years experience in design delivery or construction of roads and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Excellent computer literacy
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other engineering-related software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.
