Project Coordinator – Telecom Managed Services Projects - Own visa - preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage Telecom Service Delivery Projects, including planning, coordination, deliveries, installations, SLA monitoring, and project execution activities.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operations are carried out in compliance with Telecom standards, procedures, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Telecom project activities from initiation to completion
- Manage delivery schedules, installation planning, and deployment coordination
- Monitor SLA commitments and ensure timely execution of service requirements
- Coordinate with clients, Onsite technicians, Equipment deliveries, Day to day Planning, Documentation management, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with Telecom operational procedures and documentation requirements
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and execution plans
- Track material movements, logistics, and site readiness
- Handle work permits, approvals, access coordination, and site documentation where required
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and project closeout activities
- Maintain proper records of project progress, installation reports, and client communications
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or ELV-related projects
- Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of SLA management and field operations coordination
- Familiarity with telecom project environments is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting documentation
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Spouse or own visa - preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
