**Job Title:** Project Coordinator – High-End Fit-Out & Joinery
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong experience in high-end fit-out and joinery works.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating material approvals, supplier quotations, samples, procurement follow-ups, and maintaining project material logs to ensure materials are approved and ordered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project material approval logs.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Design, Procurement, and Suppliers.
- Arrange quotations, samples, catalogues, technical documents, and material submittals.
- Follow up with clients/consultants for material approvals.
- Track approved, pending, rejected, and long-lead materials.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure approved materials are ordered on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of approvals, quotations, and supplier communication.
- Highlight delays or critical material issues to the Project Manager.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in high-end interior fit-out, joinery, or construction coordination.
- Strong knowledge of high-end joinery materials, finishes, hardware, veneers, laminates, stone, metal, glass, and related fit-out materials.
- Experience in material approvals, submittals, supplier coordination, and procurement follow-up.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent Excel and documentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
