Project Coordinator
About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed as per schedule
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Identify risks and escalate issues when needed
- Support meetings, including scheduling and preparing minutes
- Prepare detailed and accurate project quotations based on client requirements and specifications
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
