About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project coordination, reporting, and operational tracking across technology and digital transformation initiatives.
The role combines project administration, dashboard development, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, and documentation management to ensure smooth project execution and visibility across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams, managing project data, and maintaining effective communication between internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination and reporting across technology and operational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide accurate, real-time reporting on project progress, risks, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Build and manage SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and document repositories to improve collaboration and information management.
- Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across internal teams and external partners.
- Handle purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), ensuring alignment with procurement procedures and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, contracts, vendors, and client-side stakeholders to support timely project execution.
- Prepare structured reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and project governance meetings.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure version control across all project artifacts.
- Support issue resolution through consistent communication and coordination between technical and business teams.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and reporting enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, reporting, operations, or business analysis roles.
- Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, system implementation, or operational projects is preferred.
- Exposure to vendor coordination, procurement processes, and stakeholder management is an advantage.
