What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Community Affairs team to ensure smooth delivery of portfolio activities.
- Support governance and procurement processes, including requisitions, vendor follow-ups, purchase orders, and related documentation, in line with internal procedures.
- Assist with communications activities by drafting and editing short content pieces (e.g. updates, announcements), coordinating approvals, and supporting outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised records by managing shared drives and online portals, ensuring clear folder structures, version control, and data confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling, agendas, materials, supplier coordination, and on-site support.
- Support reporting and presentations by compiling inputs, maintaining trackers, validating data, and preparing high-quality materials for internal governance and leadership updates.
- What will you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International Development, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or programme support role, with exposure to procurement processes and event or meeting coordination.
- Working knowledge of administrative and procurement workflows, document management, and data privacy requirements.
- Strong practical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
