Project Coordinator

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to completion.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and pending tasks to support on-time completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, fabrication, and technical teams to monitor progress.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, progress reports, and task trackers.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, logistics, and site requirements; follow up with vendors and subcontractors.
• Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on actions, and escalate potential delays or coordination issues.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of project coordination experience; experience in events, exhibitions, AV integration, or technical production is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills; able to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, project schedules, and installation processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site with flexible hours when required during project execution.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Experience in event technology, AV systems, interactive installations, or exhibition production is preferred.
