Content Creator – Video & Motion Graphics

Company and role

Filming and editing

• Shoot photo and video at events, exhibitions, client projects, and installations, capturing technology, environments, people, details, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Plan story-focused shots and create content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Edit event films, project showcases, reels, teasers, and short-form content from raw footage into polished videos.
• Use pacing, music, sound design, transitions, colour grading, and visual effects; adapt content for different formats and audiences.

Creative direction

• Develop creative approaches for filming and presenting technical products, projects, and installations.
• Experiment with filming styles, transitions, camera movements, storytelling, and visual treatments while following social video and motion-design trends.

Required skills and experience

• Strong video shooting, video editing, and visual storytelling skills; proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of motion graphics and animation; ability to shoot with professional cameras or modern mirrorless/cinema setups.
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and shot selection.
• Good understanding of pacing, music, sound design, transitions, colour grading, and visual effects.
• Comfortable working on-location at events, exhibitions, and project sites, and independently managing work from shooting through final delivery.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

AI and creative tools

• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, OpenArt, Claude, or similar tools is mandatory.
• Use creative technology to improve workflows, develop concepts, generate visual ideas, or experiment with content formats.

Portfolio

• Applications must include a portfolio demonstrating video editing, shooting, motion graphics, or animation.
• Work related to technology, events, exhibitions, architecture, automotive, product films, corporate storytelling, or other visually driven industries is an advantage.
