Project Controls Engineer II

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management or project controls certification 5+ years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or work management on large, complex engineering or capital projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for development and maintenance of integrated, logic-driven schedules Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills with proven ability to manage conflicting priorities Must be eligible to work under DOE 10CFR Part 810 Experience developing schedules spanning design, regulatory/licensing, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases. Experience supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) through schedule development, integration, and performance analysis. Experience supporting nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated DOE or government programs. Familiarity with U.S. NRC licensing processes and regulatory milestone scheduling.
