Role overview
Oversee planning, cost, programme, and quality management for a hospitality portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
Integrate time, cost, and quality data; drive change control and reporting aligned with corporate standards and project governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project and programme schedules using Primavera P6; track performance against baselines and implement corrective actions.
- Manage cost forecasts, cash-flow projections, and cost-performance reporting; assess change impacts and maintain change logs.
- Integrate quality measures into project controls and track specification compliance.
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into weekly and monthly reporting packages; create executive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Present performance updates to clients, senior management, and the Project Director; maintain governance and documentation standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to project-controls processes and tools.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project controls experience in large-scale hospitality or mixed-use developments.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 planning; strong cost control, forecasting, and cash-flow management experience.
- Experience in change control and quality integration; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data-visualization tools; ability to produce executive reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience in developer, PMC, or major contractor environments in the UAE or GCC.
- PMP, PMI-CPM, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
