About The Role
Powertech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex engineering and capability development programs.
This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) and plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to maintain project schedules, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure clear communication across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans
- Track progress against milestones and highlight risks or delays
- Assist with maintaining project baselines and change logs
Project Controls & Reporting
- Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports (cost, schedule, risk)
- Consolidate updates from stakeholders and prepare status reports
- Support reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
Document & Configuration Management
- Manage project documentation in line with company standards
- Ensure proper version control, traceability, and handling of sensitive information
• Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering and support teams
- Support key project phases including design reviews, build activities, and commissioning
Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination
- Organize meetings, workshops, and technical reviews
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes of meeting (MoM), and track action items
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support roles
- Experience supporting engineering, aerospace, defence, or technical projects is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, CAPM, PMP) is an advantage
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced project environments
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and disciplined manner
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of document control and configuration management principles
- Awareness of HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
