Project Admin Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of contractual deliverables; must be good in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Act as a point of contact between client and FM consultant.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards and project requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate with head office to resolve site teams' HR-related issues.
• Assist project team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of project-related materials.
• Maintain project databases and tracking systems to monitor FMC activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reports, Excel project trackers, and Excel sheets with formulas and conditions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for document-related inquiries from project teams and clients.
• Generate regular reports on document status and project progress for management review.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 3 years of Middle East experience in facility management and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience managing VVIP clients is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
