About This Role
Role Context
We are seeking an experienced **Programme Manager** to oversee and manage a portfolio of **multi-project programs** in Riyadh.
The role requires strategic leadership to ensure **successful delivery, integration, and coordination** of multiple projects while meeting **time, cost, quality, and stakeholder objectives**.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a **program consisting of multiple projects**
- Develop and maintain the **overall program roadmap, master schedule, and budget**
- Ensure **alignment between projects** and program-level objectives
- Monitor and report on **program performance, risks, dependencies, and issues**
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated delivery
- Support **governance, reporting, and decision-making processes** at the program level
- Facilitate **resource allocation, prioritization, and optimization** across projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and best practices
- Drive **continuous improvement, lessons learned, and efficiency initiatives**
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- **15+ years of experience** managing large-scale programs or portfolios
- Proven experience overseeing **multi-project programs** in infrastructure, urban development, or mega projects
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple interfaces
- Experience in **mega or giga projects** is highly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in **interface management methodologies and tools**
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience working with planning and project control teams
- Proficient in reporting and documentation
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
